Michelle is a passionate and energetic Human Resources Consultant with a broad background in talent acquisition, talent management, employee relations, compliance and organizational development.  Michelle carries over 10 years of experience with Fortune 250 companies such as Taco Bell Corporate.  She has been a thought partner and coach with leaders at all levels, with the goal of driving business results.  She measures results by focusing on employee engagement through the attraction, development, and retention of talent.  Michelle has supported leaders with identifying performance and engagement issues, recruiting high potential talent, recognizing trends from employee engagement surveys, and developing strategies to address engagement, capability and succession gaps.  She has enhanced organizational learning by developing and facilitating teambuilding and training workshops.


Michelle’s educational pursuits include a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of California, Los Angeles as well as a Human Resources Management Certificate from the University of California, Irvine.  She is a certified Professional in Human Resources through the Human Resources Certification Institute and Society (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP).  She has also received training certificates through the Association of Talent Development, Everything DiSC and InsideOut Coaching.
