Esther Batty is an accomplished Human Resources career professional with more than 15 years of experience creating strategic processes and leading teams within people operations and talent acquisition. She has worked in a variety of industries, offering executive coaching, management training, policy development, process assessment, and overhaul. Industries have included education (K-12 and Higher Ed), non-profit, software development, manufacturing, and professional services. 

Throughout her career, Esther has successfully developed and led a wide variety of HR initiatives including strategic recruiting for rapid growth and high-volume talent acquisition, employee engagement and belonging, talent management and mobility, succession planning, manager coaching, performance management, leadership development, system consolidation and implementation, organizational design, total rewards structures, employee relations and investigations, restructures and layoffs, risk and compliance mitigation, all while leading and mentoring HR and Recruiting professionals in their own careers.

She is adept at assessing HR pain points and opportunities, streamlining processes, formalizing policies and procedures, and setting business best practices while ensuring long-term sustainability throughout the organization or business unit. Esther is passionate about the way in which employees and companies interact and the sense of ownership and belonging made possible with the right intentions and actions. Esther graduated from Brandman University with a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership and is an HRCI Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SCP). She continues to seek out education in the ever-changing areas of HR law & compliance, Diversity & Inclusion, Executive Coaching & Training, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement. She is sure to be seen at an HR legal update or SHRM conference, expanding her knowledge and networking with others in her field. To further this knowledge, Esther also maintains memberships with several HR organizations including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Professionals In Human Resources Association (PIHRA), CalChamber, and the San Diego Human Resources Forum (SDHR Forum).
